Dear family,
This week is
changes again, but I kind of think I'll get to stay here another change. We've
only had a couple weeks of really knowing where we are, and we are still
working to really get to know the ward and work with the members. You know, you
heard in conference how the missionaries and the members are supposed to unite.
We maybe aren't living up to that just yet, but we are trying to improve. I
think there are many members who will become more involved if we just give them
good opportunities.
We had some
good lessons this week, and we had some disappointments with some investigators
who were progressing so much but have hit a figurative wall and started to
slide back. But we keep working, right? I just hope that if I get to stay here
another change we can start to see some of the fruit of what we did in our
first few weeks here. If I leave, hopefully I am leaving a good foundation that
someone else can build on.
