Hi family,
Wednesday, I got to go on divisions to La Mesa. It was a really special opportunity to go back to my first area. And to see so many people I had met and taught. I even had some nice surprises seeing how the area had grown. I found out that one young man I had started teaching finally got baptized after being an investigator for eight months. Wow! And it was really nice to see how many people still remember me. At least according to them I now speak Spanish much better than when I arrived. It was a neat experience to see some of the growth I've had since I first got here!
Friday we had multi-zone conference. My companion and I taught one of the break-out sessions. It was a workshop on learning English. The Latino missionaries are supposed to learn English just like we are supposed to constantly improve our Spanish. President Klein wanted to help the Latinos see how to use the resources they have and help the Nortes see how they can help their companion.

Saturday evening, there was a ward activity. This last week was family week in Honduras, or maybe in all of Central America. The church asked wards and stakes to have various activities and workshops throughout the week. I really liked the activity Saturday, because it brought the ward together with essentially no ''things.'' Ward member took turns telling riddles, jokes, poems, etc. There was a lot of laughing. There was a lot that was hard to understand too, because they were talking so fast, but the merriment was universal.
Today our zone went to the Olympic stadium. We rented it for a couple hours to play futbol. The sisters only played for a little bit, but we took lots of pictures :) After that, we went to Planeta for liquados. The liquados were Hna Lopez's desire for her last p-day. A little shopping, a little time to write, and then we start the whole week over again.
Have a wonderful week!
Sister Davis
