Hello family!
This is a good week for
sending pictures, which might translate into a shorter letter.
The first part of the week
was hard with very little progress, but from Thursday on, we started to see
some success. We found quite a few people who wanted to listen to us. Thursday
was especially good because we took Cinthia, who is waiting for her mission
call, out to teach with us. She introduced us to several of her neighbors and
got to know some of our other investigators so that she can fellowship them
too. One of the neatest things is when we get to church and the members who
have gone out to visit with us are excited to see the people we taught show up.
And if someone didn't come, they want to know what happened. It's good to know
that we aren't the only people invested in teaching these people!
On Saturday, I got to watch
the Women's Conference. First ever! I like that they have everyone together
now. We watched it in Spanish, but the music was in English, which was a nice
mix.
Sunday we managed to have nine future members at church! (Of course they don't all see it that way just yet.) But I am grateful that so many of them were willing to at least take the first step to come and see what it's like to worship with us.

Today our district made
Mexican tacos and then licuados. Hence the myriad of cooking and eating
pictures today.
This evening we
are going to have a family home evening with potential investigators. One of
the members in the Elders' area has a cousin who lives in our area. We set up a
family home evening to have a low-key way to share the Gospel.
I hope you all have a
wonderful week!
I love you all!
I love you all!
